	<li>By making the booking, you acknowledge that you have read through this <a href="https://www.barefootscuba.in/medical-form/medical-form.html" target="_blank">medical form</a> and confirm that you are medically fit for scuba diving &nbsp;</li>

<ul>
	<li>The minimum age for diving is 12 and the maximum age is 59. A doctor must sign the <a href="https://www.barefootscuba.in/medical-form/medical-form.html" target="_blank">medical form</a> for people over 45</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>If a medical condition is disclosed on the day of the activity without bringing a valid medical certificate issued by a registered doctor, we will unfortunately not take you diving for your own safety and there will be no refund</li>
</ul>
 
Cancellation policy: 
&nbsp;
<ul>
	<li>If cancellation is made more than 07 days prior to arrival, a refund will be made after a 5% deduction to cover bank charges, payment gateway fees, and administrative charges</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>If cancellation is made within 07 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged as retention and no refund will be applicable. Date change requests received within 07 days or less of arrival will be treated as cancellation requests</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>For activities booked between 15 December and 5 January each year, no cancellation or rescheduling is permitted</li>
